Two people carjacked in Homewood driveway
Homewood police said they responded to report of a carjacking early Tuesday morning. Around 1:50 a.m., two people reported they were parked in a driveway in the 17600 block of Lincoln Avenue when three to four armed men approached the car and demanded the keys.

Flossmoor board OKs rules for beekeeping in village
To bee or not to bee. That is the question. Flossmoor gave the green light to beekeeping when village trustees, at their Feb. 17 meeting, unanimously approved more than a dozen regulations on the legal maintenance of backyard hives. Beehives in Flossmoor were previously prohibited in the village code.
