Teen Book Swap
Do you like to share books with your friends? Do you wish you could tell them about the good/bad/exciting parts of the book you are reading? Then, this is the book club for you!
Participants bring their own book (annotated-put sayings in the margins or underline your favorite parts) and swap with the person next to them. Everyone has one month to read the book that was given to them and annotate it.The next month, they bring that book back and switch with the person next to them again. Every month, you get a different book that has been annotated by the readers before you. Find out what your peers think of the book as you read it!
Don’t have a book to annotate? No problem, the library will provide one for you. Gel pens will also be provided.
For anyone in grades 7 thru 12.
