Lois was a kind, generous, well-loved woman, always putting others before herself. She enjoyed trip planning and traveling, and nary went a year without a vacation. Entertaining company and cooking for a crowd was another one of her specialties. Every holiday she could be found in the kitchen, bright and early, preparing food- no one ever went hungry in the Hein residence.

She remained bright, active, and independent into her golden years. Lois played tennis until very recently, maintained a tidy home, drove herself to errands and appointments, and enjoyed weekly games of bridge with her many friends.

She will be greatly missed. Her spirit remains eternal, living on forever in the hearts and memories of every person her kindness has touched.

A “Celebration of Life” may be planned in the future when it is safe to gather.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the South Suburban PADS organization: sspads.org.
