The Governors State University Dance Company and guests will perform a cultural kaleidoscope of movement, identity and self-expression at 2:30 p.m. on March 30 at the Center for Performing Arts, 1 University Parkway, University Park.
With original choreography by GSU faculty, students, and alumni, “Body Language: Cultural Storytelling Through Dance” features cultural dance forms rooted in historical and contemporary genres including jazz, Afro-Caribbean, liturgical, disco, hip-hop and more.
