Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria this week moved a step closer to opening a restaurant in Flossmoor.
The village’s plan commission Thursday unanimously recommended that an amendment to a special use permit be granted allowing Malnati’s to operate a carryout/delivery-only restaurant at 3315 Vollmer Road in Flossmoor Commons.
