Flossmoor has hired an assistant village manager. Allison Dietch will be responsible for human resources policy and staff development, risk management and information technology and communications management.
She begins her new job on July 6.
Dietch currently works for the Village of Downers Grove, where she has served as management analyst and performance manager.
