A high-speed chase down Governors Highway though Flossmoor and Homewood earlier this month ended with the arrest of two juveniles, who are facing charges of fleeing and eluding police – a felony — and possession of a stolen motor vehicle.
The driver of the car is 15 – a Flossmoor police report described him as being slight and about 5 feet tall. His passenger is 16. Both youths are from Harvey.
