This event is free and open to students, families and community members.

The program will feature a dynamic panel discussion alongside student performances designed to amplify student voice and lived experiences around mental health.
Featured panelists include:
- Doug Bolton, clinical psychologist and author of “Untethered.”
- Misha Harris, director of service & learning programs, Crisis Text Line.

In addition to expert voices, H-F students will take center stage as both performers and panel contributors, including members of Bring Change 2 Mind, a student-led organization focused on mental health awareness.
Student panel participants include Ellion Branch, Jenya Burns and Morgan Lawrence. The evening will also include special performances by H-F students, adding a creative and emotional dimension to the program. Students and podcasters Bryce Barnett and Bryce Christian will emcee the evening’s performance.
“This event is about partnering with parents and guardians to ensure every student feels seen, heard and supported,” said Carla Erdey, H-F director of communications and engagement. “When families, schools and mental health professionals come together, we create a stronger support system that helps students speak up, seek help, and know they are not alone.”
The event is made possible through the support of community partners and sponsors, including mental health organizations and local healthcare providers committed to expanding access and awareness. These partners will be available throughout the evening to discuss resources they can share.
