Teen Formal Dress Essentials Giveaway. Teens in grades 7 through 12 who have a special occasion coming up (prom, graduation, school dance) and still need an outfit can seek the perfect fit from 4 to 7 p.m. in the meeting room at Homewood Public Library, 17917 Dixie Highway.
