Improv Class. A workshop for adults from 10 to 11 a.m. in the meeting room at Homewood Public Library, 17917 Dixie Highway. Ever wondered how “Saturday Night Live” skits come together? This club is designed for beginners of all abilities who are interested in learning improv. Neurodiverse participants, seniors, newbies and experienced actors welcome.
Sweetheart Dance. H-F Park District will host dance for girls and their special guests from 6 to 8 p.m. at the H-F Sports Complex, 18211 Aberdeen St. in Homewood. Each child must be accompanied by an adult. Fee is $44 for child and adult, 10% off for an additional child. Click here to register.
Lost Girl. The Homewood-Flossmoor High School Theatre Program will present “Lost Girl,” a story of coming-of-age exploration of first love and lasting loss. Performances are at 7:30 p.m. tonight and 3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 21, at the high school, 999 Kedzie Ave. in Flossmoor. Tickets are $6 from students and senior citizens; $11 for adults and are available at gofan.co/app/school/IL15520. This show is recommended for guests aged 13 and older.

Advanced Computer Class for Adults: Advanced Excel. Adults can learn how to make pivot tables and charts in Excel. The class will meet from 10 a.m. to noon in Helen Wilson Meeting Room at Flossmoor Public Library, 1000 Sterling Ave. The library provides students with laptops for this class. Please do not bring your own device. Individualized instruction may not be possible. This class is facilitated by Dr. Kristine Condon, a Microsoft Certified Educator. Candidate Forum. Chicago Southland Chamber of Commerce and the Illinois League of Women Voters will host a candidate forum from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Moraine Valley Community College, 9000 W.
