Forest Bathing Experience. Take a therapeutic, immersive walk through the forest at Irons Oaks, 20000 Western Ave. in Olympia Fields from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. A guide will prompt you with a series of invitations to foster connection. Interacting with nature during a forest therapy walk supports our mental health, helps to release stress and encourages the mind/body connection. For anyone age 12 and up.
