Valentine’s Chocolate Class. The Homewood-Flossmoor Park District will offer a hands-on class from 2 to 5 p.m. at Irwin Community Center, 18120 Highland Ave. in Homewood, to learn techniques for decorating and dipping a variety of treats in rich, melted chocolate. Create your own chocolate-covered strawberries, drizzled chocolate pretzels, and decadent chocolate popcorn. All supplies are provided, and everyone will take home their delicious creations.
