Homewood-Flossmoor High School is one of only two schools in Illinois to receive the Award of Distinction, the top honor in the 2025 Exhibition of Educational Environments, for its Science Wing addition.
The award was presented by the Illinois Association of School Boards (IASB) Service Associates to DLA Architects Ltd. for its work on the newest student facility at H-F. The groundbreaking project was recognized for its student-centered and green building designs.
