Donations can be made at the southsuburbanhumane.org website.
The work of the humane society annually impacts an estimated 20,000 pets and the people who love them.
Volunteers are hosting a holiday market from noon to 4 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 6 and 7, of handmade crafts and a bake sale at the humane society, 21800 Central Ave. in Matteson.
