- Homewood Science Center Executive Director Edie Dobrez will present the center’s annual report. The annual reports from the Appearance Commission and Planning and Zoning Commission will be included in the consent agenda.
- An amendment to the village’s redevelopment agreement with HCF Homewood, developer of the Hartford Building to remove language that guaranteed a minimum return on cost, which could have resulted in payments from the village’s general fund, and provided for revenue sharing with the village once certain profit metrics were accomplished.
