St. Patrick’s Day Parade. Flossmoor will hold its 18th annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Flossmoor Park. Lineup begins at 12:30 p.m. at the FCC Community House, 847 Hutchison Road. The parade will step off at 1 p.m.
O’Leary’s Lantern. Irish band O’Leary’s Lantern will perform from 1 to 4 p.m. at The Ridgewood, 2059 Ridge Road in Homewood.
Candidate Forums. The League of Women Voters of the Homewood-Flossmoor Area will host forums for Homewood mayoral candidates at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 15, in the Homewood Science Center, 18022 Dixie Highway, followed by trustee candidates; and Hazel Crest mayoral candidates at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 22, in the Martin Kauchak Public Safety Building Senior Room, 3000 W. 170th St., followed by trustee candidates.
