Prairie State College (PSC) invites the community to its upcoming open house on Saturday, March 1, from 10 a.m. to noon on the main campus, 202 South Halsted St., Chicago Heights. Staff will be available to answer questions about the college’s varied programs, financial aid, scholarship opportunities and admission requirements.
PSC certificates can be earned in as little as six months, and associate degrees can be completed in under two years. Its variety of educational programs include music production, early childhood education, dental assisting, physical therapist assisting, surgical technology and various transfer programs.
Prospective nursing students can learn about the evening nursing program beginning with the Fall 2025 semester.
This free event is an opportunity for prospective students and their families to explore the campus, meet faculty and staff, and discover all the college has to offer. Enjoy giveaways, light refreshments, PSC swag, and a special appearance by Lady Red from Soul 106.3 radio. while exploring
