McClellan was a leader in the effort to recognize the Ton Farm on the north side of the Little Calumet River in the Riverdale neighborhood as an Underground Railroad site. The Illinois Historical Society placed a marker on the site in 2022.

There will be a question and answer period after McClellan’s talk. Refreshments will be served.
