The Ingalls Development Foundation announced recently its inaugural Ingalls Impact: Heart & Soul event Feb. 28 at the UChicago Medicine Ingalls Memorial Flossmoor Family Care Center, 19550 Governors Highway in Flossmoor.

Heart & Soul promises a fun, memorable culinary experience featuring the talents of local Flossmoor area chefs, complemented by a live musical performance.
Participating chefs include Won Kim of Kimski, Maureen Mader of Dunning’s Market, Ken Polk of Batter & Berries, Rachel Sanders of Edibles by Design, Dennis Stout of D’s Cookies, Michael Wickett of Skyline Provisions and Yvette Zavala of Bistro on Sterling.
Music will be performed by Return-2-Soul featuring Keya Trammell.
Proceeds will benefit the Heart Healthy community outreach education and awareness program at UChicago Medicine Ingalls Memorial, helping to provide life-saving screenings, heart health education and wellness resources to south suburban families.
The evening is designed to bring together advocates and supporters, highlighting the importance of ensuring continued quality healthcare for our community.
