Homewood Stories resumes on Tuesday, Jan. 14

Homewood Stories, an evening of storytelling from the heart, will begin its 11th season with a show on Tuesday, Jan. 14, at the FCC Community House, 847 Hutchison Rd. in Flossmoor.

Homewood Stories will carry on the tradition of its founder, Karen O’Donnell, by hosting four storytellers. Guests are welcome to gather starting at 6:30 p.m. The show will begin at 7:30 p.m. There is a $15 fee accepted by check or cash. Guests can bring their own beverages, food, snacks, etc.

Host Suzy Dritz will welcome tellers:
• Matt Jones is a father of four who hails from Virginia. He is the host of the People Tree in Naperville.
• Eunice Jarrett is a mom and retired elementary school teacher who also worked in the field of mental health. After retiring, she explored the worlds of stand-up comedy, storytelling and improv.
• Paul Teodo is a retired healthcare executive who is a Moth Grand Slam winner.
• Megan Wells is an award-winning professional story artist, theater artist, producer and instructor.
