Former Flossmoor Police Chief Jerel Jones took the oath of office Monday, Sept. 9, as Richton Park’s deputy police chief.

The overflowing board room at Richton Park village hall included more than a dozen Flossmoor residents who opposed Jones’ firing by the Village of Flossmoor in March.
