ROADWORK IN DOWNTOWN HOMEWOOD — Metra will be doing sanitary sewer work today in the middle of the intersection of Ridge Road and Harwood Avenue. The street will not be closed, according to village officials, but there will be flaggers posted. Traffic might move slowly in that spot today and possibly on Friday.
