Ridge Road was closed for about an hour Tuesday evening as Homewood firefighters fought a blaze in a trailer home at Ely’s Trailer Park.

Fire Chief Bob Grabowski said no one was hurt in the incident, but the home was a total loss. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.

The call came in shortly after 5 p.m.
