COP ON A ROOFTOP — Officers from the Flossmoor Police Department will be on top of the Flossmoor Dunkin at 3608 Vollmer Road from 5 a.m. to noon to generate awareness and funds for Special Olympics. Donate here. Homewood School District 153 Daily Living Skills classes will be joining Homewood police officers at Dunkin, 17579 Halsted St., at 9:10, 10:10 and 11:10 a.m.

BOOK DISCUSSION GROUP — The Coffee and Conversation Book Discussion Group will meet from 10 to 11:30 a.m. at Flossmoor Public Library, 1000 Sterling Ave. The book this week is “The Magnolia Palace” by Fiona Davis. Registration is not required.

SPRING BLOOD DRIVE — Serendipity Yoga and Wellness Studio, 18300 Dixie Highway, will host a blood drive from 3 to 8 p.m.

HOW TO MAKE WINE — Learn how to make balloon wine at this session from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at Irwin Community Center, 18120 Highland Ave. Anyone aged 21 and up. Cost is $45 for Homewood-Flossmoor Park District residents, $55 for non-residents.
