IPO RISING STARS — The 15th annual Illinois Philharmonic Orchestra Rising Stars performance will start at 4:30 p.m. today at Flossmoor Community Church, 2218 Hutchison Road. The concert will feature seven voice, cello, violin, piano and French horn student musicians from the South Suburbs.
