A construction worker was transported to an area hospital after being hurt on the job site at Homewood-Flossmoor High School, according to Flossmoor officials.
Flossmoor Fire Department responded to the site at 999 Kedzie Ave. at about 11:10 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 7, for a reported accident at a construction site at the school’s South Building.
Emergency personnel arrived within minutes.
