Run, walk, trot, skip during the District 153 Fund Run on Sunday, Sept. 17.
Supporters of all ages are invited to the 5K run and 153-yard dash. Registration starts at 8 a.m. on the grounds of James Hart School, at 183rd Street and Aberdeen Avenue.
The 5K race through the neighborhoods of Homewood starts at 9 a.m. The 153-yard dash for children will be at 10 a.m. at the field next to Hart.
Registration fee is $25 which will help replenish the coffers of the District 153 Foundation, which supports extracurricular activities and special needs at Willow, Churchill and James Hart Schools.
