BIKE-IN MOVIE NIGHT — Rabid Brewing hosts a showing “Places in the Heart Goonies” tonight shortly after 8:15 p.m. at 17759 Bretz Drive in Homewood. Doors open at 6 p.m. There will be a “Goonies” scavenger hunt by bike to find One Eyed Stevie that starts at GoodSpeed and ends in Rabid’s beer yard. Cost is just $3 minimum donation payable on-line or at the door, every penny of which benefits Anew: Building Beyond Violence and Abuse.

IMMUNITY BOOSTING FOODS — Flossmoor Public Library will host a program from 7 to 8 p.m. on tonight on foods that boost immunity and help fight inflammation. The program for adults will be in the Helen Wilson Meeting Room. The presenter will be Christine Rosandich, nutrition educator with the Cancer Support Center.
