Flossmoor woos Trader Joe’s — Flossmoor Mayor Michelle Nelson posted on Facebook urging residents to help make the case that Trader Joe’s should build a store in the village. “Over the years several of us have requested a Trader Joe’s in the South Suburbs. The village of Flossmoor is stepping up our recruiting efforts in the areas of entertainment, dining, and shopping. Please help us with recruitment by going to the Trader Joe’s website and filling out this brief request to add a store to village-owned land east of Meijer.” To help make the case, visit bit.ly/TJ4Flossmoor.
