Get familiar with the obstacles in the H-F Beast Obstacle Course Race — including bucket carry, tire run, tire flip and a spear throw — as you focus on strength and cardiovascular training with weight bearing exercises.

The H-F Beast Obstacle Course Dash is on July 9. Prep course is offered by H-F Racquet & Fitness Club for people 15 and older. Fee is $40 for members, $50 for residents and $60 for non-residents.
