DIG INTO THE LOCAL TREE CANOPY – Join the Village of Flossmoor Green Commission and the Department of Public Works as it plants trees on Saturday. The annual effort is focused on diversifying and protecting the village’s tree canopy.
Volunteers will meet at 8 a.m. at Flossmoor Village Hall, where they will divide into teams. Then volunteers will drive their own vehicles to their designated planting location in Flossmoor.
