THE LITTLE MERMAID CAMP – Kids ages 8 to 15 can join the Summer Musical Theater Camp at Governors State University’s Center for Performing Arts. Registration is open for the camp that runs June 19 to 23, ending with a performance of “The Little Mermaid.” Cost is $270. Scholarships are available.
FLASHLIGHT EGG HUNT – Go on a search for goodies during the Flashlight Egg Hunt on March 31 at Irons Oaks Environmental Learning Center. Enjoy a spring craft after the hunt. Sessions start at 7:30 and 8:30 p.m. The hunt is for kids 3 to 10, who must be accompanied by an adult. Fee is $10.
