FREE BOOK BONANZA – The Community Closet and First Christian Church of Lansing host Bookapalooza, a free book giveaway event from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday at the church, 2921 Ridge Road. The event is open and free to everyone, and the organizers encourage teachers, homeschoolers, students and parents to attend.
