CLOSED FOR VETERANS DAY – Today is Veterans Day. Banks, post offices and all Illinois Secretary facilities are closed today in observance.

CRICUT YR OWN BKMARK – Homewood Library invites adults 18 and older to make Personalized Bookmarks during Drop-In Crafts from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday. Use the CRICUT (Explore Air 2) machine to personalize an acrylic or cardstock bookmark. Craft supplies available while they last.

PAINTING WITH THE KING – Don’t worry about having skills or supplies for Art in the Undercroft at St. John the Evangelist in Flossmoor. They say you don’t need a paintbrush, a canvas or the ability to draw a straight line. The subject for this art session is the King of the Jungle.
