PUZZLE RACE – Think you’re the fastest puzzler? Prove it and win prizes at the Puzzle Race at 11 a.m. Saturday at Homewood Library. Put your skills to the test with a group of friends as you compete against other teams. The team captain should register the team. All ages event.
DAY OF THE DEAD – Appreciate art, say a prayer at the ofrenda, celebrate and dance during the Day of the Dead Festival 4 to 9 p.m. Saturday in Homewood’s Martin Avenue Square. Local Mexican restaurants will sell foods and drinks. Visit the craft table to decorate sugar skull masks and get traditional “Dia de Los Muertos” face painting.
