FLOSSMOOR FEST THIS WEEKEND – Sterling Avenue and Central Drive in Flossmoor will be closed starting at 10 a.m. today in preparation for Flossmoor Fest. Watch for other road closures for the Hidden Gem Half Marathon on Saturday morning.
Flossmoor Fest is from noon to 8:30 p.m. Saturday. Enjoy food and drink from local restaurant booths, DJ music all day, live performances from the Jesse White Tumblers, TiMeLESS Evolution and other local bands.
Children’s activities from 2 to 7 p.m. include face painting, carnival rides and a video game truck. See the mobile magician from 4 to 7 p.m.
