SPECIAL OLYMPICS FUNDRAISER – Officers from Flossmoor Police Department will raise money for Special Olympics Illinois this morning at Dunkin’ in Flossmoor, 3608 Vollmer Road. Olympia Fields Police Department joins Flossmoor officers for the annual Cop on a Rooftop starting at 5 a.m.
BACK-TO-SCHOOL PARTY – Students from Flossmoor and their families can celebrate the season at the Back to School Fun and Movie Night, starting at 6 p.m. Friday in Flossmoor Park. Enjoy children’s activities, special giveaways, ice cream and other treats. A movie in the park, “The Bad Guys,” starts at dusk, about 8:15 p.m.
