ALERT! NOISE INCONVENIENCE - As part of a roofing update at Flossmoor Village Hall that has been ongoing for several weeks, today workers will be installing flashing around the building.
To install the flashing, workers will use a nail gun known as a Hilti gun, which discharges nails at a rapid rate. The village wants residents to know that the sound of the Hilti gun can mimic the sound of gunfire.
This noise disturbance could impact those neighboring village hall for several hours today.
