Flossmoor police were called to the home of Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx about 10 p.m. on June 4 when her husband Kelley said he wanted to report a domestic dispute.
The couple met police outside their home. Police took separate statements from Kim and Kelley.
Kelley told police his wife became upset by a Facebook post about something he’d done. Kim told police she asked her husband to leave. The police report states Kelley told officers when he refused to leave Kim became physical and Kelley alleged that Kim . . .
