PIES FOR SCIENCE – Orders open at 9 a.m. Friday for key lime pie sales that will benefit scholarship opportunities at Homewood Science Center. Pies cost $25 with delivery in the H-F area by A Piece of the Pie, which will donate the net proceeds of all sales to HSC. Only 25 pies will be sold. Order on Facebook when you see the post go up Friday morning.
HFHS PROM TIME – Just more than two weeks remain for H-F High School juniors and seniors to buy tickets for this year’s prom at the Field Museum of Natural History in Chicago on May 7. The last day to buy tickets for the event is April 29. See full details at the school’s website.
