CONSERVATION INTERNSHIP – Homewood Science Center is accepting applications for its Ecology and Conservation Internship for sixth-, seventh- and eighth-graders. The internship will focus on the unique characteristics and interrelationships in three different ecosystems: woodland, prairie, and wetland.
Interns will meet at Homewood Izaak Walton Nature Preserve for five Saturdays, beginning May 7. Sessions are led by a Chicago Public School science educator and an entomology specialist. Apply by April 22 at homewoodsciencecenter.org.
