SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING – Young people who are serious about improving their fitness can join the Sports Performance Spring Break Camp at H-F Racquet and Fitness Club. Made for athletes ages 12 to 17, the camp focuses on improving speed, agility and coordination to help prevent injuries. Register online.
