Limit the amount of time you spend outdoors and dress appropriately for the temperature. Cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. Temps will warm slightly by Thursday.

Grab your family, some friends or your scout group and cruise around the frozen ground for exercise and fun.
