1st, 2nd, BOOSTER SHOTS FOR 5 AND UP – Cook County Public Health sponsors a vaccination event at Leak & Sons Funeral Home, 18350 S. Pulaski Road, from 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. today and Saturday. Vaccines for ages 5 and up will be available for first dose, second dose or booster.

SKATING AWAY – H-F Park District is hoping to have its outdoor skating rinks ready for action on Saturday. Watch the park district’s website and Facebook for confirmation of when the two pop-up rinks in Flossmoor Park are open for public use.
