RECYCLEPALOOZA – Start collecting things from around the house to lug over to Recyclepalooza, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Oct. 2 in the parking lot of Parker Junior High School.

A variety of items are accepted, including TVs for $20 each, electronics, metals, ink/laser jets, bikes, pop can tabs, razors, sporting goods, American flags, used plastic gift cards, LEGOs, trophies, mascara wands, plastic bread tags, half- and one-gallon glass jars with lids, used oral care products and packaging.

Also bring items for donation, including gently used clothes, eyeglasses, new travel size toiletries, small household items, and gently used towels and blankets.
