A new sculpture soon will be joining Flossmoor’s outdoor Rotational Sculpture Program.
The Flossmoor Village Board voted unanimously Tuesday, Sept. 7, to pay an honorarium of $3,000 for “Reaching for the Sky,” by Hilde DeBruyne.
