HELP FIREFIGHTERS – To be sure firefighters can access fire hydrants in case of emergency, the villages of Homewood and Flossmoor ask residents to clear snow away from fire hydrants in the parkway by their homes, with a 3-foot clearance on all sides.

INDOOR TRIATHLON – Sign up for the H-F Racquet & Fitness Club Indoor Triathlon, taking place over two days, Feb. 27 and 28. Appropriate for all levels of experience and fitness, the Indoor Triathlon is comprised of a 10-minute pool swim, 30-minute stationary bike ride, and 20-minute treadmill run/walk.
