Flossmoor officials announced Wednesday afternoon that village hall and public works offices will reopen to the public on Thursday, Jan. 21.
Flossmoor public facilities have been closed because of state-imposed virus mitigation restrictions. The suburban Chicago region has been in Tier 3 mitigations since November.
State health officials announced on Monday that the region would move to the less restrictive Tier 2 level.
Village officials urged residents to continue doing business with the village remotely, when possible. Those who visit village offices will be required to wear a mask or face covering while doing business . . .
