FAMILY YOGA – Register for the program Family Yoga Explores Citizen Science: All About Birds. Presented by Serendipity Yoga and Homewood Science Center, the free online program is at 1 p.m. Saturday. People of all ages can learn the science of mindfulness and contribute to the Citizen Science ornithology initiative while practicing yoga together. 

D153 REMAINS REMOTE – In accordance with COVID-19 metrics, Homewood School District 153 administrators determined students will continue with remote learning for the month of January. COVID metrics will be reevaluated on Jan. 19 to determine whether to reopen Willow, Churchill and James Hart schools.
