Illinois health officials urge residents to get flu shots

Illinois Department of Public Health officials are urging residents to get flu shots, noting that protection from seasonal flu is even more important in conjunction with the continuing COVID-19 pandemic.

Every year the flu sickens millions of Americans, hospitalizes hundreds of thousands, and kills tens of thousands.
